While technology can support families and friends coming together in many ways, there is also a distance that can be created with technology use within our own homes and relationships. This training will explored how technology can support healthy development within a relationship, and also way technology can be a barrier to family relationships. Through the training we will explore attachment, ways to set healthy boundaries and to promote communication around technology use including couples relationships and child-parent relationships.
