Description

This training will explore the roots of burnout, the role of boundaries in professional resilience, and how intentional boundary setting can protect providers' well-being without compromising their commitment to care. Attendees will learn tools to create a sustainable helping practice and engage in a creative and interactive skill-building exercise to solidify their understanding and application of these essential practices.
