Description

Sometimes we are overwhelmed by the amount of administrative and clinical tasks necessary to sustain our caseload. This feeling of overwhelm can impact judgement, concentration, and focus. Then we are more subject to missing markers that define onset of high risk client situations. This training will focus on building new work habits that will interfere with established negative patterns. Employing these tasks can help us to say regulated. There will be time available to discuss tips and tricks participants can use to manage bureaucratic challenges. We will also address how our difficulty managing these bureaucratic challenges can limit access to care.
