Courtney Krivak-Kramer, MA CFBT
Training Description
Couples often come to therapy describing the same painful cycles repeatedly, yet insight alone does not always create relational change. In this one-hour Lunch & Learn, participants will explore the power of enactments in couples work as a way to move beyond discussion and into meaningful emotional connection. Through an attachment-focused lens, attendees will learn how to identify relational cycles, slow down interactional patterns, facilitate vulnerable conversations, and help partners experience new ways of reaching for and responding to one another. This session will provide practical strategies for using the therapist’s presence, emotional attunement, and guided enactments to transform conflict moments into opportunities for connection and repair.
